In charge of Ajax-3 Project and Ajax-3ToB project,including 4 models.This is a new product of pure electric vehicle. Be the project manager, need to lead from project initial to the end of SOP.The main responsibilities are as follows: * Base on the APQP process to make project timing, including key milestone and asign tasks.* Create project management procedure* Organize product review meeting and project meeting. Report progress and risks to management regurlarly.* Prepare finance documents such as project budget,investment,purchasing target etc.Control change cost increase.* Coordinate internally for each tasks completed on time and on cost* Create prototype car plan and quantity * Organize and monitor milestone audit * Tracking all sub timing and tasks states and risk in all related department * Apply manufacture and sales certification and qualification * Balance timing cost and quality,judge and make decision when there is a conflict in each department * Take part in senior management design review and commitment meeting for reminding and suggestion from project point of view.

- Conduct Project Master Timing / Budget / Human Resource / Risks.- Coordinate among R&D, Marketing, PD, Finance, SQE, ME, LO etc.- Organize project / DRE weekly meetings.- Participate in VAPIR/VCIT/POPS/EPIT meetings.- Lead VAVE(components / System cost down).

- Power Distribution System design;- Wiring harness / fusebox / bettery cable Product design;- DCS / SOR / 2D-Drawings / 3D-models / EWO / ESO etc.- EE Dept. DFMEA Counsellor;
