As a PMT ,our main responsibilities are client maintain,product info. input as well as mass production control and management.NPI1:Be responsible for new product introduction, hold meeting with customer to discuss the new product and customer demand 2. Hold meeting with engineers and internal team members about how to support and meet customer requirements to promote the reficiency of order receiving. 3. Issue RFQ in SAP system, require engineer to provide spec, drawing, integrate the material quotation from purchasing group and provide to customer to confirm. 4. Hold kick off meeting with internal team about the new product once got customer confirmation for the NPI price and got customer PO. Discuss about whether can meet customer requirement, determin the project schedule and feedback to customer timely.5. Coordinate with engineer, follow the sample production, keep close contact with customer and timely report customer to let customer know the production schedule.MP 1:Responsible for the establishment of the order management system and to make all the order receiving ,releasing producing fellow the produce. 2:To provide ideas to achieve product delivery rate. 3:To deal with the urgent case and abnormal case (EG, customer cancel order ,delivery delay ) 4:To check with customer for the delivery after the order finished . 5:Satisfaction survey on delivery , price quality ,service , product appearance , packaging and other aspects , We will analyze the result and find the way to improve our product competitive . 6:To check with the financial department for the payment and help to push the customer to arrange payment in time.

1:According to customer requring to quotation (new model or some material )2:Pick up the new orders and check the product price and delivery date wether it reasonable or not3:Hold meeting with factory produce part and buyer to fellow up the produce process and meterial situation, Fedbeck the produce conditon to the customer 4:Notification customer QA to inspection the product，With they confirmed than we can ship the product on time.5:Follow-up customers to maintain good communication with customers
