1.Develop and implement an organization-wide and integrated supply chain and logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers.2.Lead and control all supply and logistics policies\procedures and activities to maximize the efficiency,reliability,timeliness,and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.Activities include:materials planning and control,procurement,inventory management,storage,warehouse and logistics.3.Oversee the overall supply and logistics budget;monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and priorities spending.4.Establish targets in areas such as transit and delivery times;inventory levels;purchasing,warehousing,and storage costs;and service standards and monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals.5.Research,negotiate,maintain,monitor,and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with suppliers so that the organization has a reliable supply of goods and services that meet production standards of quality,timeliness and cost.6.cooperate with other functions depts(particularly in customer service and QA)to ensure that supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.effectively,consistently,and according to established guidelines and budgets.7.response for managing the division's overall production planning practices taking into consideration short term/long term production requirements and integrating materials availability.establish and implement procedures for special order request,engineering changes part substitutions,and sales market demand for products.8.response for managing the materials function within the division considering manufacturing capacity,scheduling workloads,recommending in house manufacturing vs.outsourcing,quality control and workforce balance.

1、Implement the resolutions of GMO: fully understand each resolutions and important significance of the GMO, implement and focus on the processing of the resolutions, timely correct the problem in order to ensure the resolutions is executed in fact. 2、To organize and implement the development strategy of the Supply chain dept, analyze the sales order plan, production plan(include annual/monthly plan), inventory plan, logistics plan to plan the department working, 3、According to annual business objectives issued by factory, organize /develop and implement the supply chain dept annual business and operation plan, 4、Establish good communication channels: Keep good communication with the company, regularly report to the GMO strategy and plan implementation: capital operation and profit and loss, adjustment of organization and staff and others important matter, establish communication channels between company and customer/supplier/ cooperative partner, set up and keep a good company image and a good internal communication channels, 5、Create and push to follow the management process/rules and regulations, optimize and adjust timely, 6、Lead the department daily management work, responsible for the team construction, hold weekly/monthly management and operation meeting, make the decision of each important and emergency items, 7、 Be responsible for department safety operation, material support, logistics efficiency and cost accounting, to reach the company operational goal. 8、 Import and maintenance the material/inventory data updating in ERP system, adjust the supplier/price/lead time/safety stock info in system timely, monitor the bulk commodity price like copper/PVC timely to adjust the purchasing order, set up and maintenance the supplier evaluation system, hold the supplier meeting monthly to monitor/update the quality/lead time/ability of the material, in order to reach the company operation goal.

1. Establish and supervise purchasing/logistic/planning/IT team, in change of recruitment, training, incentive, performance evaluation etc,2. Manage the company imports/exports business, deal with the customs and forwarder imports/exports formalities timely and effective, ensure that logistics processes are implemented in a cost and time effective manner base on ISO 9001, control the inventory in a good level, keep the optimized safety stock,3.Manage the BOM, Monitor and coordinate the products, packing, delivery timely and correctly according to the sales order and production planning, 4.Improve the order efficiency, optimize the stock, shorten the lead time, improve the reasonability of production planning,5.Manage and improve the department operation management process, cost controlling, goods processing controlling, 6.Create reasonable yearly/monthly plan, 7. Create purchasing strategy planning, regular evaluate each material/supplier 8. Keep a good communicate channel with Italy IT dept, manage and give a good IT environment in company.9.timely offer the orders/system data analysis report according the company requirement, 10.Build and manage the department organization and team, include recruitment, training, incentive, performance evaluation.

1.Manage network system as part of Siemens global Intranet, take part in the planning and development of IT system of the company;2.manage local external Service Providers in order to accomplish all the previous activities. 3.manage and improve IT team and provide IT technical service and training for business operation in company. 4.manage SAP system and secondary development,interface with other corporate functions to understand their information system needs and preferences. 5.maintenance and Manage IT assets include (Software and Hardware)/data center/server room/office equipments and etc. Be responsible for auditing the purchasing of IT products and services. 6.Information security controlling. 7.Working closely with global/local IT team at supporting or project areas,to meet the demands of company.8.Coaching the key users in company both in IT and SAP system.
