Strategic Planning  Determine strategic direction and Pre-IPO planning Introduce and implement management system to streamline operational process. Design corporate structure and staff grades to set clear objectives for the company  Advise to the Board Members of investment decisions and establish corporate governance  Participate in improving on culture, team spirit, brand awareness, and company image. Advisory comment on future investment decision and operational efficiency Functional Duty (Finance & Accounting) Accounting operational set up and work flow design Design and implement management report system Design and implement budgeting and forecast system Capital injection and seeking additional funding opportunities  Overseas investment appraisal and subsidiary set up Asset management and risk control Legal & Compliance (Legal & Compliance) To set up legal and compliance function for the preparation of IPO Business and Legal risk assessment and control Legal and contract review procedure design and implementation Legal cases review, monitoring and decision making JV establishment and due diligence Operational & Managerial Duty (HR , IT & Procurement):  Review and establish all SOPs (including but not limited - HR, IT and procurement work flow, procedures and setting up future directions and strategies) Business and capacity expansion and operational control and performance appraisal Design and implement KPI system for the group Corporate structure establishment and restructuring  Supervise and Co-ordinate with other departments for various projects related to company business activities (such as brand awareness, marketing analysis, etc.,) Establish standard commercial and contractual terms and negotiate with major suppliers for better prices and services

 Functional Duty (Finance & Accounting):  Establish retail strategy and conduct market research to provide business alternatives Build up external relationships with banks, professional firms and stakeholders Lead finance projects to maximise the funding capacity and usage Lead budget preparation process, and follow up on monitoring and control  In charge of risk assessment and provide control solution In charge of investment control and group consolidation Introduce and implement best management practice to improve retail operational efficiency and effectiveness To work with Hear Quarters on various projects in order to achieve operational efficiency Participate with senior management in corporate restructuring and establish corporate governance  Manage and supervise subordinates and make performance appraisal  Managerial Duty (IT & Procurement):  To set IT strategies and design the best IT functional support to the retail operation In charge of IT department to lead all IT related tasks (including software enhancement, and IT system upgrade etc.) To manage the IT investment and in the meantime maintain the IT service standard To manage the IT equipment budget，maintenance and disposal of the IT assets Co-ordinate with other departments for various projects related with IT support In charge of procurement function to support all other department requests (such office furniture, electronic appliances, car rental etc.)  Financial planning and forecast to manage the procurement cost Negotiate with large suppliers for best contractual terms and price/services Provide analysis to assess savings between direct purchase or rental (including retail expansion plan and establishment of new brands) Advisory comment on future investment decision and operational efficiency
