➢ Lead MRI fulfillment projects for overseas customers, from sales order initial to MRI landing, manage item transportation and export custom clearance to ensure 100% OTD.➢ Manage cost of out-of-warranty items on-site and align with Finance to evaluate business case benefits based on inventory, which get 1.5MRMB saving.➢ Establish customer service feedback process and visualize customer satisfaction performance by NPS mechanism. And response customer demand and complaint by coordinating cross-functional teams to solve problems.➢ Organize and manage customer demand process for all MRI items.➢ Develop and coach customer usage skills and serve as communication bridge to return back customer feedback to R&D, which improve MRI customer survey score to ranking 2 compared with other competitors.
