In charge of pre-open and daily operation of single hotel of Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc.

In charge of Daily operation of Front Office (Front Desk, Assistant Manager, Reservation, Business Centre, Operator, Executive Lounge, Concierge etc.)

Over see Night Operation of the Hotel, Conduct inspections of Front of House and Back of House, Ensure safety and security of guests and accurate and timely completion of the night audit function. (Including Front Office, Accounting Department-Night Audit, Security Department, Engineering Department, Food and Beverage Department-Room Service and Steward, Housekeeping Department-PA, Hotel Lobby, Public Area and Car Parking etc.). Welcome and See off VIP, SA and Starwood SPG guests, Handling all complaints and Hotel Emergency case etc.

In charge of Daily operation of Front Office (Front Desk, Assistant Manager, Business Centre, Operator, Executive Lounge, Concierge and Transportation Service) and report to General Manager.

Report directly to and communicates with Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations. Welcome and send off VIP guests and handing guest complain and hotel emergency case responds to guest needs and resolves related problems etc.

In charge of daily operation of Front desk to ensure all the front desk staffs make a speed and efficiency check in & check out procedure for every guest, training all the staff of front desk to do a good job for the guest etc.
