Provision of adequate resourcing by ensuring staff rosters are maintained in accordance with workloads, annual leave, sick leave and training;Coordinate onboarding activities including induction training, creation of user ID’s and the completion of associated administrative paperwork for new consultants;Responsible for the attainment of SLA’s and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Service Coordinator;Proactive monitoring of the productivity and utilisation of the team and identifying ways it could be increased;Assist in the coordination of training requirements for new and existing consultants, in conjunction with the Service Coordinator;Provision of a proactive approach to problem resolution;Develop staff through providing mentoring and a positive role model, to meet both the business and personal requirements of individuals in the team;Identify, escalate and coordinate critical situations pertaining to resourcing and personnel issues within the team and highlight these issues to the Operations Manager;
