Main Responsibilities:1. Act as financial and operations business partner, in charge of controlling, accounting, internal control, tax, treasury, legal, insurance management, support business development.2. Support senior management to set up KPI, provide financial insights and professional advice for executives to make business decisions;3. Drive and lead the financial planning & budgeting process;4. Collaborate with operations and sales departments to execute business strategies and objectives cascading down to all levels of employees, monitor operating results, analyze the variances/differences of actual results against forecast and budget, identify risks and curves, build key success factors and seek for opportunities to drive business growth and upturns.5. Responsible for accounting and reporting to ensure Financial data accuracy, deal with deadline pressures and continuous improve the quality of data analysis;6. Lead internal control and risk management process.7. Monitor working capital, prepare action plan with SCM and sales department on stock levels, payment terms to supplier and payments from customers;8. Manage treasury function to ensure the safety of cash flow and minimize financing and foreign exchange costs;9. Manage tax effectively to minimize risk exposure; prepare annual group deferred tax filing report;10. Coach, empower and develop team members.11. Explore and build positive relationships with key stakeholders and peers.Key Achievements:1. Successfully manage potential tax and transfer pricing risks of welding China group through restructuring of the business module between Suzhou and Shanghai companies;2. Standardize internal control procedures, no material findings and adjustment on external, internal and compliance audit;3. Rebuild purchasing request and approval procedure for Capex, consumables;4. Initiated a cash pool between Suzhou and Shanghai companies, saved financial cost.

Main Responsibilities:1. Build a controlling team and take lead to prepare quarterly rolling forecast and yearly budget process;2. Analyze performance actual financial result against forecast and budget from sales, COGS, gross margin, selling and administration expense; analyze profitability by products group; analyze variance of unit conversion cost of actual vs. standard;3. Prepare internal objectives of manufacturing expense and track initiative plan with operation departments;4. Manage finance daily transactions, ensure the booking follow-up US GAAP/PRC GAAP, SOX and internal regulations;4. Prepare and standardize cash flow forecast, analyze differences of actual vs. forecast;5. Clear outstanding open items of GL, deposit prepaid and taxation accounts;6. Act as Coordinators between internal and external stakeholders and business units
