I like the negotiation time, the feel is absolutely achievement when every time I win negotiation. All business or technical negotiation meeting were conducted by me in my company, and all abroad projects or projects cooperating with abroad companies are responsible by me. I leading and managed a blade root manufacturing project after I enter my company, in this project, I participated in design phase, discuss with our root supplier with every design requirements, I audited and translated all design and manufacturing related documentations, recognized all problems inside and corrected all errors, solved all problems after negotiation and discussion with our supplier. Then I leaded the manufacturing of the root, I arranged and managed all resources for this manufacture projects, and communicated with abroad engineers on site or in teleconferences. During the manufacturing, I learned the structure of root, processes, every single steps, quality control tips and so on. With the cooperation of our supplier and help, training, endeavor of all my team members, we mastered the manufacture skill of the root, and now the project is going very smoothly and steadily. Now, I am the certification engineer of CCNM. I like this job, making me learn more details of every project, from design to processing, to manufacturing, quality, and test. Especially, I learned deeply in standards of wind turbine blade certification, know the work program of blade certification, and how to solve problems during certification.
