1.Base on the customer order and sales forecast to arrange MPS and make the production plan, maintain MPS/MRP data in SAP to predict and count the quantity and amount of required raw materials, indirect materials and common tools. 2.Receive sales orders via SAP，review and fulfill customer orders to meet customer demands. Operate the order management process. 3.Base on the material delivery schedule to create the Work-Order via SAP and arrange the detail production schedule. After then release and follow up the production order, also track the material shortage. Confirm the detail FG delivery schedule. 4.Conducting daily meeting with related dept. to do problem solving in the production process; 5.Communicating closely with customers via the meeting and reports, quick response to customer’s request, Work closely with related Dept. to ensure every shipment will be happen as confirmed; 6.Make out the input and output report and analyze the discrepancy to the monthly shipping target, and make recover plan; 7.Handle the FG inventory. Ensure factory resource to be well controlled. Minimize the idle parts stock. 8.Process the new model test, work with RD and MIS people together to accomplish material compiles of new BOM and keeps the project procedure smoothly. 9.Push all the process of logistic to carry out with high efficiency. 10.Set up employing and training plan; training new people according to training plan, and track the whole schedule to let everything under control. 11.Create depatment R&R and set up ISO file about MPS arrangment and service capacity simulation.
