-Establish PCBA’s quality assurance plan and ensure action implemented in project team.- NPI stage, in charge of quality standard and training operators, validate the critical characteristic.-Push production continuous improvement and process optimization, improve FPY, decrease scrap rate.- Support the development and implementation of TS16949 system procedures, cope with customer audit and 3rd party audit.-Prepare PPAP documents, till get customer’s approval.- Dispose customer claim, lead project team RCA and CAPA, then report 8D to customer.

- NPI Phase, lead PFMEA activities, prepare the quality Control Plan, and related Quality doc. - Lead and organize phone mechanical parts Reliability Test, and report test result. - In charge of Measurement & Test jig development, MSA, SPC and Capability studies. - As for FAI Verification and Cpk Verification, summarize the Material Data, prepare the Master Samples and Limit Samples till customer’s Approval.- Mass production phase, Handle the process abnormal issues and customer’s complain, including RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and push company internal source to improve the quality, follow up the result - Internal QMS & EMS (ISO9001 & ISO14001) audit and cope with customer’s process audit.

Team Management - Establish the QE Workflow for Foxconn LV BU.- Take part in Quality System Standardization. - QE team leading (10 underlings), members’ task arrangement, performance appraise. - Recruit and coaching QE newcomers.- Training quality knowledge to members.

Project Management - New project introduce (SonyEricsson phone parts), lead PFMEA team activities, be responsible for Control Plan and Standard Inspection Procedure preparation, then training inspectors and production line operators.- According to Customer’s High Volume Quality Plan, work on DPR, FMEA, DOE, SPC, MSA, SPVR and Capability studies. - In charge of Measurement & Test jig development- On oversea business, as Quality contact window with DUA(USA), FSA (Malaysia), FMX(Mexico) and FBR(Brazil). - Handle the process abnormal issues and customer’s complain, push yield improvement, lead RCA and corrective actions, follow up the improvement result, report 8D to customer.- Train the(NCVM & Die-cut) supplier, and audit their process. - Participate in interior QMS (ISO9001) audit and cope with customer’s process audit.
