DFR-design for repair

The main tasks include:1.RFQ/ESI phase: lead internal and external process assessment/structural recommendations;2.Proto stage: lead the development of internal product process /DOEs, communicated with customers and solvedproblems in a timely manner;3.EVT/DVT stage: lead the product process validation(Main focus on Painting&Anodizing effects), implementationand optimization status integration, and provided internal and external information feedback;4. PVT stage: lead the production verification status integration and assisted in ramp-mp resource preparation;5.MP phase: made L&L report according to FA report, collected FPY after MP and continuously tracked it for 4months;1.RFQ/ESI阶段：主导对内及对外的制程评估/结构建议；2.Proto阶段：主导内部产品制程开发/DOEs，及时与客户沟通并解决问题；3.EVT/DVT阶段：主导产品制程验证（主导塑件喷漆与金属阳极制程锁定）、实施及优化状况汇整，做好对内外信息反馈；4. PVT阶段：主导生产验证状况汇整，协助Ramp~MP资源准备；5.MP阶段：根据FA report制作L&L报告，搜集MP后的FPY并持续追踪4个月；Projects:E-cigarette series products, a heated, non-burning e-cigarette produced by PMI, It belongs to RRP (harm Reduction) series of PMI and is positioned as a high-end product.

2013/05-2019/031. Responsible for the project process follow-up during the whole cycle of development of new products(such asplastics and metals), the main contact window for DFMs discussion and review engineering issues,kick off toolingsand update molding trials status, provide golden samples signing for mass production;2. Responsible for the distribution & manage Customers' DRWs,complete and provide all the internalBOM/Flowchart/POP;3. Review and sit down with customers on engineering problems & Cosmetic issues to meet customers' requirementsuntill succeed to MP;4. Familiar with plastic parts—Painting/Vacuum evaporation/Polishing/Molding/CNC/gluing /sub-assy process；Familiar with metal parts—Colorful Anodizing/Plating/PVD/Micro ArcOxidation/Passivating/Stamping/MIM/Forging/CNC/Sand Blasting process;5. Handle customers' complaints in a timely and effective manner,track until they're solved and achieve thecustomers' satisfaction feedback;1.负责产品（塑件&铁件）开发项目整个周期的工程进度跟进，产品制程DFM检讨及其他工程问题检讨致开模/试模、工程签样到批量生产；2. 负责前期开发时分发客户图档并完成所有BOM/Flowchart/POP等整合；3. 负责跟进内部产品外观/尺寸等管控以满足客户需求；4. 负责对应客户端检讨沟通工程问题，推进产品批量生产的开发进程；5. 熟悉塑件之 烤漆/NCVM/成型/CNC/抛光/点胶/组装等流程；熟悉铁件之 彩色阳极/电镀/PVD/MAO/钝化/抛光/喷砂/冲压/MIM/锻造/CNC等流程;6. 客诉问题及时有效的处理，并追踪直至客诉解决，达到客户满意反馈;Projects:- FITBIT(2013-2014) Smart Watch: the main cases (aluminum parts with Anodizing/SUS series with PVD) of smart wearable & portable products development and produced, to successful marketed.- NEST(2014-2016) Temperature control equipment: all the parts (plastic parts with colorful painting) of the household temperature control instruments (except electronic parts);- Google Waymo(2016-2019)-Selfdriving vehicle: vehicle parts (plastic parts & metal parts) production process development... 2012/07-2013/04：RD-ME (notebook internal mechanism design)1. Responsible for NB internal mechanism design/layout for other components, engineering problems coordinatedand solved in prototype design,create BOM for Top cover & Bottom case Moudles;2. Cosmetic and structures' dimensions controlled,charge and provide functional/reliability test reports;3. Confirm and submit ECR details,then following up on ECR/ECN until completed as required笔记本内部机构设计1.主要负责协助完成原型设计中的工程问题解决，内部组配机构/布局设计，四大件模组BOM等表单制作；2.机构外观尺寸及产品结构功能性测试；3.依据需求提交并确认ECR详细信息，确保ECR/ECN按需完成；Project:- SONY Notebook: To design and develop the internal mechanism of NB to mass production;
