I work as a Supplier Quality Engineer in Evenflo Company (Evenflo is a subsidiary of Goodbaby International Group), my main duty as below:- In charge of the new product evaluation in development stages from EP, FEP, PP, PS etc.- To guide the supplier to conduct the internal tests per suitable international standard and Evenflo specification, also follow up the test progress.- To coordinate outside lab to conduct the external tests and follow up the test progress.- To Monitor supplier process control to follow Evenflo's PIWB performance, to ensure the effective of PIWB, example as FAI DATA, PFEMA, CAPA and so on.- To follow up annual tests of all products, ensure the test reports are in period of validity and maintain the PTCS(product test conformance system).- To conduct all complaints including customer complaints and any quality accidents, to assist supplier to find the root cause of defects and make the CAPA plan, and maintain the SCAR system.- To do supplier annually evaluation according to Scorecard of Evenflo, QMS audits and other quality inspection or audit.- Other quality activity.

Work as QC and Sr QC inspector in Mega Brands about 10 years, and main duty is in charge of quality check and quality control in Toys, Statioery, art & craft, office items and Boards products. Main toys have building toys, DIY toys, Electrical toys, Plastic toys and so on, Stationery have Paper products, pen and marker, pencil and other stationerys. Boards products have Activity items, White and black board, Cork boards and other office items.
