Senior Business&Project Supervisor 1.Integration of the steel & electric power industry chain, equipement manufaturing industry chain and seawater desalination industry chain within the park, and invite and attract businesses for investment in the Park.2.Planning and research in to the development strategy and key industry projects for the Steel & Electric Power Industry Park, organise and participate in business negotiations with investors.3.Assist companies and project to resolve any issues during project execution through communication and coordination with the different governmental departments assist and liaise with companies to obtain governmental permissions for their projects.4.Follow-up on project construction schedule, manage the operating companies and provide help as necessary.Main achievements1.Planning and execution of the whole procedure for the projects with ArcelorMittal TOP, Timken, Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks etc.2.Participated in the BOOT Negotiation of 50,000 m³/day RO desalination plant with Aqualyng Holding AS and the negotiation of Strategic Cooperation Agreement of1 000,000 m³/day seawater desalination plant with Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited.3.Participated in the seawater desalination development plan for Caofeidian Industry Zone.4.Assist 18 Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel’s supplier companies to obtain preliminary procedures from the government.

1.Open company branch in Beijing and develop business for epoxy flooring system market in North China 2.Negotiate required contracts, which includes meeting with supplier to set up contracts for raw materials, finished goods and supplies and services as needed．

1.Improve the evaporation of zinc inside Snout of Continuous Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process 2.Installation and verification of pilot of modeling． 3.Determination of the kinetics of vaporization and the condensation in theory and enforce the experiments on the pilot．4.Refining the models of management of atmosphere in the snout.5.Prediction of potential risk of the defaults in the industrial chain.

1.Transfer and adjust the production and operation of fan rotor blades of Aero Engine to the foundry of JV in China .2.Translate operation documents, provide the technical service for JV .3.Research on compatibility among equipments for Soucing Department. 4.Coordinating China's local government to obtain permissions.5.Find and develop new suppliers as required by the category strategy
