Working location：Job Scope：1. Pre-sales support for sales team, oversea business representative and customers in managing the state-of-the-art medical equipment project such as CT, Digital X-Ray, MRI and PET-CT systems by providing professional advice on room requirement, operational condition and the requirement of related third-party facility. Additionally, CAD layout is being designed specifically according to customer’s site with best workflow and solution being considered. Active communication in English via Email, WhatsApp, WeChat and real-time with customers in assuring complete understanding of their requirements thus the information can be effectively delivered to relevant department.2. In post-sales stage, once sales order received, project schedule will be initiated according to product exclusivity. Subsequently, actively collaborating with production, core planner, procurement, logistic, global business department and oversea post-sales manager in preparation of product delivery to ensure on-time delivery to the customer site. Closely follow-up and update project status with planned weekly meeting. Therefore, all dilemmas and problems can be identified and solved proactively among the team.3. Arranging product delivery to customer site with real-time update of delivery time and custom clearance time (involved close follow-up by logistic team) once the installation site condition and business agreement are cleared.4. During installation time, any issue or problems encountered by on-site installation engineer will be raised to project management team and sales team for further collaboration in solving the problems effectively.5. Arrange timing for application training before the installation completed while making sure application specialists had acquired necessary visa before they are being sent to customer site for comprehensive product training.6. Commencing acceptance once application training for the customer is completed.
