1、Supply Chain Risk Control: 1.Responsible for building the hierarchy of supply chain risk management : 1.1 1.1Identify the internal and external supply chain risks and output the Risk list and Risk matrix; 1.2 1.2 Assessthe internal and external supply chain risks quantatively and qualitatively-collaborate with other supply chain departments to implement the preventive plans or contingency plans; 1.3 Supplier risk management ; 1.4 Supply chain Process risk control -analyzing and idetifying the risks in SC processes and push the responsible department to fix or optimize them.(Plan,Source,Make,Deliver,etc); 1.5 Output the SC risk analysis report,including specific industry risks(Electric Elements,Battery,etc.),the macro or micro ecnomic risks,and so on . 1.6 Collaborate with Audit Department to investigate the cases related to corruption or froud. 2、Supply Chain Operational Management: 1.Diagnose and Optimize the SC processes based on SCOR or 6sigma ; 2. Collaborate with other IT department to build digital SC platform gradually; Build the SC metrics and output the monthly SC operation report; Other Supplementary work,including supplier lifecycle management,supply chain data management,etc.
