Hi, I am David,Now working in IBM client Innovation Center(CIC) , as IBM Account PAL-Practice leader to drive new biz for IBM Account department. previously worked as Mainframe and BA(Business Analytics) talent unit leader as well as Manager, which responsibility is to manage both capacity and capability of this 200+ talent team, which also means I need to reinvent everyone of us in nowadays because it’s time of AI and Cloud. Besides I am also PMO leader to entire Talent unit org.IBM is the great company in which I can practice many innovative thoughts by leveraging different aspects or functions of this company, this is due to I got many appointments as different leader role, by this and I accumulate plenty of my precious experiences in leading and managing. My strong point is that leveraging all of parts of a company to achieve one mission and towards one goal, communication skills is high qualified, in my position I need to work with each sector of department in CIC, also work with service line, L&K, IBM China CIO teams, IBM China Cloud BU, and other BU of IBM CIC and all other cities of IBM CIC, from common member to TL, PM and senior leader and executives of a department. And now I also have this wishing and interest to do this area of job in big platform, this is also to reinvent myself in my career path.In 2019 , as IBM Account Wuhan sub-department new biz leader ,also taking role of talent leader of entire IBM Account department.I also used to work as IBM CIO talent advisor and Innovation Leader of Worldwide CSU(Client Service Unit) department of IBM China CIC company at the same time. Talent advisor is to work with China CIO and VIO(GBS/GTS) senior leaders to do talent related management, such as Leadership development and maturity, Student(Intern), talent rotation, agile transformation maturity, capability, it’s consultant role in talent management area. I have experience of leading a department to do Agile transformation and Innovations. my responsibility is to build up a department full of innovation climate to align with IBM Transformation strategy from 2014, which include Agile and DevOps transformation, adopt IBM Strategy imperatives(Cloud, Analytics, AI, Mobile,Blockchain etc.) in traditional legacy platform, also spread innovations in department management and talent management to build up a culture that high qualified talents are put in proper position in our department. Culture that drive our department management and innovations.I speak Both English and Japanese as doing international business always.
