1、负责公司品牌定位及确定品牌宣传DNA，采用合式的方式进行品牌的宣传及推广；2、与媒体接洽，应用新媒体方式对公司产品进行宣传和推广；3、负责公司终端整体风格和视觉形象把控、及整体形象的创意设计，全面提升公司各店铺的整体视觉效果；4、负责公司创意、平面及空间设计的评判和指导工作，配合公司整体的营销策略以达到预期的市场效果；5、负责品牌产品的拍摄、广告视频拍摄、视觉大片拍摄和后期管理工作； 6、负责工程一站式管理把控及日常维护和库存管理。7、根据现时品牌形象，规划店铺陈列方案，并制作零售体系的终端执行标准，有效推动产品销售。8、针对不同地域及不同商品结构，规划店铺陈列方案，并配合商品差异，创立分区规划体制。9、根据每季度陈列标准，制定培训计划，并对各区执行人员考核。10、根据店铺陈列标准，对重点店铺进行巡店并创作提升规划。11、辅导团队完成店铺陈列创作，包括橱窗，DP，特殊店铺陈列位置等。12、配合相关部门，制定新店陈列规划及道具延展。13、协助提升分公司零售与陈列人员专业技能，保证终端运营能力。14、负责部门团队建设、培训、考核等团队管理。

Main Jobs:➢ Responsible for applying the Global Visual Merchandising guidelines in the Area to enhance the customers shopping experience maximize selling and strengthen the H&M brand. ➢ Secures commercial garment presentation through indoor and window styling. Acts as communication link between the store teams and the County Visual Department at the Support Office. ➢ Ensures and promotes development and succession across the Area. Is an active role model by consciously acting in accordance with accordance with H&M’s values.Responsibilities:➢ Selling :Ensures the garment presentation and styling across the Area is in accordance with current H&M guidelines to maximize Sales and create an inviting and exciting shopping experience for the customer ➢ Employees Lead the Visuals and Store Management Teams is garment presentation , activation and rotation . Responsible for succession strategy of Visual in the Area . Supports their Store Managers in recruiting Visuals. Secure Guarantee that all employee relations responsibilities area followed. ➢ Profitability Maximize profit , commerciality and sales through promoting cross-function teamwork in the Area team and the stores. Secure the monthly planning of Visuals within the Area in collaboration with the Store Managers in order to maximize selling and efficiency . Optimize interior and Visual material within the Area through inventory and redistribution.

Product management: suiting collections to customer's tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section. Image: setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the section. Personnel management: helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods and bank holidays. Staff Management: Organizing section personnel, assigning duties, training, motivation, follow up, holidays, breaks, rota, and all documents related (for incoming and outgoing staff), conflict solving。 Budget control: Handle all section resources in an efficient way, reaching the highest sales objectives with the lowest cost (hours, electricity, materials (bags, paper, stationery, hangers, furniture, TGT, Cassio, wastage, robbery, tills, security procedure...).
