Project proposal stage. 1. Project engineering capability estimate, and also need to check if this project have enough market requriment. 2. As the team technology PM, need to finish the feasiable proposal, risk estimate, and also deep discussion with customer. 3. Finish the hardware cost, estimate engineer working time, on site service cost and so on, finally, summarize the quotation to sales. 4. C0-work together with sales team to get the order. Project set-up stage: 1. Project schedule set-up discussion with all the funtion team and define all the key point time like: proposal finish, design review, design lock, BOM release, delivery time, assemble time, fine tuning time, testing, pre-acceptable, ship out, installation, production, final accept, service and son on. 2. During the design process, review the key station/structure with team leader, any problem, need to highlight to customer and discuss together in the first time. 3. Check every checkpoint with team memeber, and also collect the project actual cost every week, to ensure cost is under control. 4. Finish the fine tuning, do the pre-acceptable with customer and record all the OPL, share to team and follow. 5. Prepare the shipment plan, packaging, delivery,installation and fine tuning plan on customer site. 6. Prepare the document and schedule for final acceptable. Project ending stage: 1. Finished all the documents (like: operate instruction, maintenance instruction, trouble shooting instruction, spare parts list, production data, drawing, coaching and so on) and handover to customer. 2. All the issues writed down during the final acceptable, then prepare the solution and arrange on site support. 3. Prepare the internal document like: project experience, project lesson learn, cost, profit, team KPI and so on.

DFX Manager1: In charge of department setup and team member coach，internal process define like(project development, task arrangement, machine development process, fine tunning process, validation process and others). 2: Communicate and care team member about the work and life. 3: Daily work manage and task arrangement, project plan design, every status control, well understand everybody in the team. 4: Good relation ship with team member, and also fully understand speciality of everybody. 5: Summary team loading, project status, department plan and report to top manager every week. 6: Coordinate with other department leader, check and confirm the requirement and ensure project improvement successful. 7: In charge of engineering department new technology bring in, summary project experience and share to team. keep the document and experience for new team member study. 8: New project, get approval of customer and director, start and make sure whole project run under control. detail such as (proposal provide, discuss with customer, quotation, 3D design confirm, project progress control, cost and every status confirm ) 9: Production line optimize and improvement: base on cost, schedule, saving, get approval and start. 10: Supplier management and technology guidance, project control, cost challenge.

DFX Assistant Manager 1: In charge of engineering department new technology bring in, summary project experience and share to team. keep the document and experience for new team member study, help department manager. 2: Technology guidance and project progress key/important confirm and control. 3: Help department manager to check team task progress, project plan/status, summary and give solution for project progress and risk. 4: Coordinate with other department leader, check and confirm the requirement and also give some suggestion like material incoming method,operate,line layout to ensure improvement successful. 5: Summary team loading, project status, department plan and report to top manager every week. 6: Supplier technology guidance, project control, cost challenge. 7: New project, get approval from customer and director, start and make sure whole project run under control. detail such as (proposal provide, discuss with customer, quotation, 3D design confirm, project progress control, cost and every status confirm ) 8: Production line optimize and improvement follow manager arrangement: base on cost, schedule, saving, get approval and start.

Automation engineer 1: Understand product, master process, normal standard machine principle like gluing, welding, hot-bar, laser, primer...... 2: Follow task arrangement by leader, start 3D, 2D, machining, key dimension confirm, assemble, fine tuning, validation...... 3: Machine operate instruction, maintenance instruction, spare parts list, safety instruction and so on. 4: Optimize/improvement current standard machine to reduce load/unload motion and improve efficiency. 5: Daily report prepare include current project status and plan. Achievement: 1: Design and apply semi-auto machine for apple 4S charging(B55) production line, like: laser welding, gluing, pressing and AOI inspection. 2: New connect(pig tail) with cable for apple iphone5 production line optimize, like hot-bar, gap/step measurement, boot gluing and so on. 3: Auto pick and place for injection machine.
