We take care of purchase, planning, cumstoms clearance works, bonded warehouse management, local warehouse management, local transportation, sales order processing.Some main job activities: 1. Team annual objectives & work plan setting. 2. Conduct annual procurement plan. Demand forecast & analysis. Make sure each PO can be processed well by our headquarters. 3. Work with our import & export agent to ensure our shipments are accurately and efficiently processed. 4. Inventory control. Set up SOP for sales inventory and sample management. Monitor the status of near expire, expire and slowmoving products, conduct action plan. 5. Warehouse logistics service management. Make sure facility, bins, Chinese labels, DFUs are well managed according to GSP requirements. 6. Process sales orders and local deliveries. 7. Process optimization. 8. Vendor management. 9. Cross function communication and coordination.

1. 提供销售支持，包括：负责处理内窥镜事业部全国代理商的订单；各类订单的分析； 处理客户的各类咨询；各类业务相关文件的归档管理；其他相关的销售支持。 2. 物料采购：处理内窥镜事业部相关产品的采购，包括各种备货产品及一对一订单产品， 缺货产品的追踪与跟进，其他相关的采购管理。

为多家世界500强公司提供服务，如Microsoft，Dell，HP，Kodak。 1. 负责新客户的导入，新项目的筹备及开展，产品价格的制定； 2. 通过ERP系统进行客户订单的管理，配件的采购，出货的安排，库存的控制，销售资料及其他数据的维护； 3. 为国内客户提供物流管理服务； 4. 客户关系的管理及客户满意度的提高等相关工作。

负责斯玛特卡在上海地区的销售开发以及和客户关系的后期维护，提供良好的售后服务保障
