Ⅰ. January 2010 - present: Dulwich College Beijing as a Senior Admissions Assistant.Duties and responsibilities:1. Support Admissions Director and Managers on day to day work.2. Be the liaison officer between the school and Beijing Education Bureau. Assist prospective applicants to get approvals from the Bureau and update candidates’ database for tracking.3. Admissions brochure ordering and application folders preparing.4. Order and create entrance tests and overseas tests5. Update relocation agents/embassy/company HR database and be the main contact person between the school and agents.6. Recruit new students through activities such as tours, relocation visits, outreach events.7. Schedule individual testing and interviews with prospective students and their parents as needed.8. Supervise entrance test for Dulwich sister schools such as Dulwich London, Shanghai etc.9. Coordinate and conduct campus tours for potential parents.10. Prepare other related reports such as letter of enrolment, acceptance letter, correspondence, etc.11. Participate in organizing new family orientations. Prepare welcome packs for new families.12. Support government relationship department with communication with local schools.13. Levers’ and applicants’ filing system update both in computer and storage room.
