1.调研美国和深圳研发项目的管理流程，完成ERP项目管理模块的功能需求文档的编辑，递交IT开发。提供测试和培训；2.根据业务部门需求提供一些建立自动化报告支持，例如为某大客户在MP阶段实现Client PO commitment schedule自动化；3.目前正在进行公司业务现状分析，做ERP系统流程匹配，发现潜在改进机会，向高层陈述，为ERP升级到云端版本做准备

1.Provide the management team and business users with access to key reports and other desired data, such as direct material transaction report and material price inflation report etc;2.Development of agile analytical reports according to operational and technical requirements of the business via VBA and Access query;3.Manage daily Oracle purchasing system and its related transaction;4.Participate Oracle implementation and bring new features so that users can work more smoothly;5.Attend a number of meetings and discussion during Oracle projects. To balance various factors, e.g. Project goal, Oracle capacity, other teams capacity and self-capacity; Such as design and enhance eSRF system, also provide training to users.

1. Complete the COGS Monthly/Quarterly Reports independently, analysis the Spend/Cost status for company and seek the chance to help company make saving. Supply the related data for Strategic Sourcing team to help select the best supplier for some projects. Also improve the making reports process monthly by monthly to do it more efficiency and accuracy.2.Complete the E&O and EOL Reports weekly, track the E&O project. Base on the report, support the monthly report for top management review, help control the financial risk;3.Support SQT Online Process implementation. Communicate with SBMs to get the SQT online application process, and submit the requirements to IT to set up the system. Also collect feedback from related users to improve system;4.Finish any temporary work, such as support Client Factory Visit, prepare forum material and so on.

1.Clean the daily portfolio failures and make sure the data stored in database are correct;2.Connect with other team or Local to get the correct data once discovered the incorrect data in system;3.Assistant other teammates improve working efficiency.
