1.Conduct meetings with sales personnel and introduce new products to promote the new products;2.Obtain information about customer needs, preferences by conferring with sales and retail personnel, review and analyze customer reviews and survey study reports and adjust future orders accordingly；3.Source the product from the current vendors and also new vendor all over the world;4.Negotiate prices, discount terms, as well as transportation arrangements with suppliers to ensure competitive price and service for Ashtel Studio and our customers;5.Recommend markup rates, markdown rates and merchandise selling prices for retail department to conclude accurate profit reports and to predict the current and future market quotation then to determine value and yield of those products;6.Evaluate bid submissions from suppliers and prepare evaluation reports of based on complex marketing data such as previous experience and past performance with the product to be purchased, the market trends, the stability of their business and service, the reputation and customer reviews and etc.;7.Obtaining approval from requisitioning department; Place purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items;8.Supervise the entire production process including all the details and quality assurance;9.Cooperate with accounting and financial department for purchasing budget and payment to suppliers;10.Evaluate the quotation and service from forwarders for the shipping and arrange the shipping; work closed with forward and broker to ensure the shipping issue;Get contact with Vessel company and save $2000 per container from April, 202112.Directly contact with FDA for the related item registration, lab test and customs exam；13.Prepare and attend the show in US to introduce the business and look for new relationship
