Yu Jianing has been known as a blockchain specialist , whose PhD is in finance, and has been a well-known digital economy and blockchain research scholar . He served as the director of the Institute of Industrial Economics at the Information Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology , and is currently the rotating chairman of the Blockchain Committee of China Communications Industry Association. Dr. Yu Jianing has been devoted many years to policy research and he has been instrumental in the drafting and study of wide-ranging policies .
