1. Take the role as EPSc (electrical steering system) EE project leader (mainly responsible for ECU, motor, sensor, SW and safety functionality), 2. To capture and analysis customer requirement for acquisition and development, define system requirement with regards to technical respects. Define timing plan for sub-system development and validation to meet the project target.3. Cooperate with internal design team for sample development, validation and failure analysis. Provide technical support to production, sales, marketing or other departments to ensure the success of project with high quality.4. Act as the window person between supplier, customer and parent Company. Tracking the project status and give update information regularly. Deeply involved in the troubleshooting and provide optimized solutions. Good knowledge of systematic skills for problem solving.5. Responsible for the development of EOL (End of line) test tool based on NI labview,. It will give a better management for production quality.6. Assist engineer for IBM Rational Tool chain management, e.g. Doors, clearcase, clearquest. Comprehensive knowledge for V-model development process.Familiar with the CAN diagnostic ,communication and function safety spec. Eg:ISO 14229, ISO 11898, ISO26262Familiar with Requirement management and CANoe,CANape ETAS... etc. tools
