- a member of MAPFRE ---- a Top 500 Global Company- regional headquarter: Shanghai- Engaging in the field of insurance(side line agency and reinsurance), roadside assistance, travel assistance and extended warranty;- Reporting to head of legal affairs of APAC and is able to solve problem independently;- Contract review and draft;- Settlement of dispute arising out daily's business operation;- Legal analysis and suggestion;- Handling the procedure related to authority approval;- Supporting on legal issues from APAC.

- Review of the applicable laws/regulations for establishment of a foreign invested enterprise, such as the corporate law, antitrust law, M & A regulation and urban real estate administration law. Etc;- Due diligence on the target company;- Supporting on drafting agreements between foreign invested enterprise and the target company and drafting the letter/notice as requested by client;- Any question arising out of company's operation;- Legal research on the specific enquiry concerning the transaction to warn any risk arising thereby;- English and Chinese translation.

- Drafting and reviewing contracts;- Legal research and investigation;- Participation in hearing and court.
