In charge of shanghai branch's overall accountings, lead month end closing and ensure integrity of financials. -Review and approve regulatory reports (CBRIC & PBOC) from assistant finance manager and ensure timely and accurate submission.-Support external and internal audit, and assist in compliance with group FIN standard. -Review tax filing including VAT, CIT and other duties.-Prepare monthly segment P&L report and submit analysis work for senior management review.-Prepare annual budgets in accordance with head office's AOP instruction. -Support finance projects such as new accounting principal adoption, product accounting assessment etc.

Join HK Virtual Bank preparation team as finance project manager, handling new product launch, core banking system setup and regulatory reports (HKMA)automation.-Make sure all finance related issues initiated and implemented are aligned with business needs.-Study all current major finance processes and system logics and provide professional suggestion to improve their efficiency and controlling.

- Represent finance to attend bank's cross functional projects (FTZ branch G/L setup, China VAT implementation, e-draft system launch, Integration project of M&A Winghang Bank Co., etc) conducting analysis to assess G/L impacts arising from new system launch or on-going system enhancements, working closely with stakeholders (O&T, Global Treasury, GTB, CFS) to keep projects tracked and driven to completion.- Supports new product launch process (NPAP) from the view of finance, reviewing accounting treatments of new products from sections of Global Treasury, Wealth Management, Transaction Banking to ensure valid booking, reporting and providing advisory service to those internal business partners with regard to product accounting issue. - Managing requirements from Finance on reporting automation, SOP improvement and drive projects on behalf of Finance.- Perform month end closing process as Oracle Finance Supervisor. (Posting closing entries & deliver TB file to all users)-Assist finance controller in overseeing branch finance work & providing support in aspects of reporting, MIS, tax & financial control.
