1.Collect and screen resume according to job specifications and requirements from clients, make call interview;2.Support consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates to match job specifications and requirements;3.Search candidates with effective sourcing channels, extend the information of the candidates and update the data-poll of CVs;4.Describe the job opportunity to candidates and present the profile to the consultant to build up the short list for further assess;5.Support the consultant to fulfill the performance targets set and arrange the task schedule.
