Reporting - Review and approve the group consolidation financial statements and reports. Responsible for the authenticity, lawfulness and completeness of the statements Group structure and - Review and approve the change of the group entity structures. Give advise on the change from the perspective of tax optimization.

- Responsible for the company's financial accounting cycles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL and tax. The daily management ,supervision and guidance of the financial department- Establish and improve the financial management system and accounting system- Coordinating and maintain good relationship with government departments, prepare for inspection from government departments.- Responsible for the issuance of public financial statements, to ensure that meet the external demand and the issuance of management reporting, provide financial information for management decision support.- Establishment of Nanjing Software Company, apply double software enterprise qualification- Communicate with Nanjing local tax bureau, to ensure that the company can enjoy preferential tax policies for software. - Prepare the budget of Software Company, and participate in the management, operation and major decision-making for company.

--Managing the monthly, quarterly, annually Financial records to be accurate, properly handling in accordance to China GAAP, and IFRS;--Manage the Finance and Accounting functions, including implementing a solid internal control system。Set up SOP Prepare and submit the forecasts and business plan as require, and control actual expenditure.--Prepare and submit the forecasts and business plan as require, and control actual expenditure --Maintain the relationship with Tax bureau, SAFE, WGQ Free-trade area related parties. --Perform regular reviews with management of operating and financial performance. --Tax planning with management team to make sure company enjoys the most preferable tax incentive in WGQ.--Supervising on the export tax fund, ensure the tax refund is received on time. --Ensure the co-ordination of the annual audit and interface with outside auditors--Supervising treasury management, including hedging transaction review.--Take leadership in the change management according the units/ external parties ( SAFE, tax bureau, etc…)’s requirements.--Team management including set up efficient organization structure to meet the business requirements

--Be responsible for the General Ledger & reporting of the legal entity to fulfill internal & external reporting requirements for both Chinese & US GAAP; --Make good tax plan to fully utilize the preferential tax policies and maintain good relationship with the Tax Authority; --Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast legal entity; --Manage the Interco AP/AR; --Analyze on the cash flow movement, ensure the best utilization.
