My name is Li Jiayu, and I graduated from the Department of Hospitality Management at National Penghu University of Science and Technology. During my academic years, I actively participated in the Panshi Club, taking on roles in graphic design and promotion. Simultaneously, I was involved in the Student Association, handling procurement and cashier responsibilities. Through these experiences, I learned to collaborate with individuals of diverse personalities to achieve common goals.I obtained various certifications related to the hospitality industry, including Mixology Technician, Hospitality Service Technician, and HACCP. I also gained practical experience through internships at establishments such as 85°C in Australia, Yongfeng Pavilion Restaurant, Alley Creative Cuisine, Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport Hotel, Jeng Yang Travel Agency, and Taipei Howard Plaza Hotel.Apart from internships, I participated in competitions such as the Hospitality Skills Competition, Wang Steak Tray Contest, and the Creative Travel Itinerary Design Competition for the Taiwan-Penghu region. I achieved excellence in the National College City Marketing Competition, receiving an award for promoting tourism in Penghu.During my year-long internship in Australia, I acquired insights into the importance of a company's vision and internationalization, especially in establishing a food and beverage brand based on customer loyalty. I also enjoyed self-guided travel during my breaks, planning itineraries, booking flights, and accommodations. These experiences sparked my interest in travel planning.After graduation, driven by my passion for the travel industry, I joined the current company, Honghai, a travel management consulting firm. I primarily handle the representation of the Hong Kong Harbour Plaza Group, and I am also involved in business related to Shanghai and Switzerland. Later, I transitioned to Klook, where I learned valuable communication skills in customer service and enhanced my organizational and software proficiency through various projects.Considering my career aspirations, I pursued certifications in International Air Transport Association Passenger Services (IAFT) and Tourist Product Operation. I hope to continue learning in this field and ultimately aim to plan and design professional travel products that not only satisfy customers but also provide enjoyable experiences throughout their journeys.
