Hold regular meeting with 3PL to improve Service Level and identitycost saving opportunities.Meet logistics cost, productivity, inventory accuracy and timeliness targets. 1. Build up purchase order process and set up supply planning report to monitor the supply progress to support Sales and identify supply risks in early stages and drive resolutions and walk around.2. Feedback to Customers and PA overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges. General Duties Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Customer retention by providing timely, friendly and excellent Customer Service. Perform all tasks/activities within SOP and quotation from M and PA overseas offices. Check and verify correctness of received shipping Instruction and clearance documents. Create and forward complete full and clear instruction to Document Processing department and assist when necessary. Ensure correct physical file content before handover to Document Processing.Complete the weekly or mouthly report for SOP customer.Support KAM to complete the spot quote or ask the air freight cost from pricing team.
