1)According to company profits, overall responsible for the selection of electronic devices, structural parts, plastic parts, quotations, and assist R&D to find the right raw material, develop new supplier and in charge of the supplier management .2)Responsible for the material sourcing, quotation and cost accounting , regularly carry out the supplier negotiations, including purchase price, negotiate with the supplier payment terms, delivery terms, quality and service3)According to the material category, timely take the initiative to collect market, customers, internal demand information to develop potential supplier resources, put forward procurement suggestions of the responsible material for the design team to save the cost.4)Project management ,according to market and project requirement to track the sample delivery, ensure the R&D plan smoothly to bring new product to market on time.

1)Key account management for optical module sales in H3C、Flextronics、CIG2)Visit customer regularly to understand their develop trend and provide right solutions and service 3)Follow up project test status and keep good communication with customer and internal to push design win4)Get to know market trend ,hold technical meeting with customer accordingly and introduce new product to customer to gain more sample opportunity5) Maintain customer ISP web, RFQ /order process ,co-work with planner and logistic for delivery adjustment6) Assist FAE to settle complaints, hold meeting with other department if necessary to solve the problem smoothly Performance:Achieve sales revenue and maintain good relationship with customersDesign in 10 kinds of high end products in the 1st yearQuotation win 2kinds of low end products in customer Y2011 bidding. Open the qualification window for high end product in H3C,and sample try 5 kinds product in the 2nd year.
