- Supervision of the business development of cloud service center: responsible for the resource arrangement and supervise the direction of collaboration with the relative industry- Promote the cooperation project with industry: initiate multiple projects with industry in smart life and energy applications and acquire more about one million US$ budget from these projects.

- Supervision of a center of 60 people with responsibility for research of home networking technologies: the center developed multiple systems in smart home and healthcare applications. And multiple developed technologies used in these systems were transferred to private companies in Taiwan.- Supervise departments to plan the smart living research projects and acquire the government research funding to execute these projects.- Support the technology development of smart home industry: Build long-term strong cooperation relationship with local companies and assisted them in using government resource to develop innovative products and systems. There are dozens of cooperation projects to be worked out in the period.
