Responsible for the improvement of yield&Output,employee optimization,custom complaint support and technical support of difficult product. 5. Responsible for textbook compilation including PU material&Process&Quality&Mold&Production-line&Pre- process &Post-process.Lead Lead the training of PU process /technician/key-operators.6. Establish the process-technology communication platform between the each business division for experience sharingand difficult discussion,etc.7.Responsible for new products debugging and provide weak business division with technical support. 8.
