I am a master student studied real estate and hospitality asset at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Both of my bachelor's degree and master's degree are related to real estate so I am familiar with the real estate industry. And as a student of the business school, I have learned investment and finance from my teacher and become interested in this field. So I began to learn relevant knowledge independently and passed the CFA level 1 exam. I also assist to perform research and prepare analytical reports on stocks and financial products for a financial company. This experience makes me get familiar with the financial market. BAnd because I have good learning skills, which is the reason why I got two scholarships at university, I believe I can meet the demand of the company as soon as possible. When I was a freshman at the Beijing Forestry University, I joined the Student Union and became the vice-minister the next year. I successfully organized many activities with other departments. All these activities contained at least 300 students at our university. Thanks to these experiences, I improved my leadership skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills. Because I come from Guangdong province, speaking Cantonese and Mandarin is totally no problem for me. And I will be available intermediately.
