 To assist Quality Assurance Manager in the implementation of Jiann Lih Safety Product (M) Sdn. Bhd. Quality Policy and Quality Objectives. Pursue the plan for improving the quality of production line Prepare the important daily report such as daily major defect or reject, batch test report and so on. Hold the internal meeting to discuss the quality of material. Analyses the cause of quality and communicate the concept of quality to all staff. Check the report of every quality assurance section and production department before deliver to customer. Responsible for checking the incoming materials and evaluate supplier’s performance with purchasing dept. Ensure customer’s requirement are accurately documented, communicated to and implemented by Marketing Manager. Responsible to report all major non-compliance to General Manager cum QA manager Maintain liaison with another department. Ensure the implementation for the 5s system in company Ensure the calibration and maintenances for every testing apparatus in QA Testing Lab

 Providing supervisor guidance and training. Coordinate with relevant groups to ensure resolution of issue/problems, ensure plating plant operations conform to written and set procedures / system to facilitate and exercise control.  Maintain housekeeping and discipline and effective working environment as well as perform other duties as and when assigned or requested. To direct and coordinate all product line production activities to achieve the set goals (quality, productivity and cost). To enhance continuous improvement activities in order to reduce both internal and external customer return of defect products. Ensure plant equipment is maintained efficiently and effectively. Some other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
