 Directs the team of the day-to-day activities and reporting for functions involving Supply Chain Management such as Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics, Business Compliance, ERP System and Regulatory Compliance. Lead and manage the Supply Chain function to ensure product availability, well control and optimize local inventory levels to meet business requirements, ensuring effective forecasting which guarantees reactivity to the demands of the market. Work with Customers Focus Team in communicating and negotiating with customers relating to demand, commitments, non-performing inventory, process changes /improvements and or any related business activities. Managing the S&OP for the site to ensure industrial capacities reach the monthly forecast for the year in accordance to stocks levels targets.

 Sustain existing mass production and execute New Product Introduction for multiple customer business units with over USD100M annual sales.  Develop and expand new and existing customer profiles.  Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations.  Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.  Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities. Driving client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests. Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within our clients’ organizations. Ensure purposeful collaboration across accounts.
