16 years experience in Loss Control Department and leading a 15-engineer team specializing from fire protection, environment, chemistry, electricity and civil engineering. Providing services to various enterprises with customized risk assessment and improvement suggestions to benefit customers and enhance the resilience of assets.Cooperated with academic institutions and developed quantitative risk assessment models such as Fire/Explosion Risk Assessment System, Civil Engineering Projects Risk Assessment System, Earthquake Risk Assessment Model, and Typhoon／Flood Risk Assessment Model.Facilitated the Business Continuity Plan Consulting Service, jointly worked with post-disaster rescue and restoration consultants to help clients quickly recover from fire disasters. The first person in local insurance industry to induce ultrasonic electrical safety inspection, IR drone investigation for solar farms, and cyber security risk evaluation. Initiated the risk research for solar energy since 2015, and developed the rating system for solar projects before underwriting. The research fields expanded to offshore wind farm and energy saving system in the following years and resulted Fubon Insurance the leading position in renewable industry insurance. Addressed presentation to different Banks, Securities, Industry Associations and Research Institutions. Risk studies for mega projects were considered important reference/advice in green energy financing and insurance.Participated ESG and CSR reports of Fubon insurance, joined the Holding's TCFD work group to provide insight in Physical Risks and climate-related opportunities. Expertise in natural disaster and years' experience in financial institution bridged the gaps among climate topics, financial issues and external consultants.
