• Managing the event for luxury brand such as Cartier, Longine, Vacheron Constantin etc.• Coordinate with client and designer about conception and production of events (Production & TVC Launch, Road Show, Gala Dinner, Shop opening) • Apply and facilitate project management processes, make retro-planning for the project• Budget and cost control and management• Participate to the agency pitches and insure the building and writing of agency proposals

- Develop and find the potential clients in Asia, communicate with the French suppliers and the clients in Asia, and also with the transport agency to ensure the goods be well exported from France- Prepare the contract and the documents required by government and customs- Analyze the monthly, annual financial report of the company

- Develop monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual Client reports and competitor analysis- Skilled in using a variety of software and platforms to collect data (Spends, times, GRP, etc), Check the spot-plans and other reports from other departments- Communicate with clients and media; ensure the campaigns being executed as the plans go Brain-storming with teammate and give some creative opinions on promotion

- Support the daily work of those departments and help to organise the meeting, collect the data fromother department, and input into database.
