-Developing new styles and materials for coming season according to the trend and inspiration from buyer.-Receiving buyer's goals planning and documenting the task and duties.-Arranging buyer’s meeting and placing order accordingly.-Benchmarking of existing supplier price, performance and quality against potential new.-Evaluates current and potential suppliers in coordination with supplier quality teams.-Establishes supplier base in conformance with guidance from business development manager.-Sampling follow up including trimming, lab-dip, bulk fabric approval process.-Assure orders meet specified quality(AQL) and ETD in order to minimize the total cost of purchases.-Assure all the goods pass physical and chemical test, be sure the goods achieve the standard of EU.-Familiar ERP/SAP system such as CBX for data analyzing ,critical path updating etc-Reporting periodic turn over and status to higher management by creating dashboard.-Our products are including all the apparels made for new born and kids.-Categories are including outwear, sweater, swimwear, dress, pants, pajamas etc.-Handling brand such as Sfera ( speciality store) and Free style (Brand for Department store), the gross purchase quantity increased by around 300% in the past 5 years.

-Developing knit down and offer samples in terms of buyer and designer’s inspiration.-Per buyer 's requirement ,arrange the quotation and negotiate with suppliers to find out the best price which is including the yarn material, accessories, CMT and give the feedback in time.-Follow up the order, making samples and working with R&D, yarn, QC department in order to assure the sampling on time.-Working closely with our own factories, help them for the production leading time, quality and inspection.-contacting with shipping department mark sure the cargo shipped smoothly.-In addition, attending the relevant trading fair, maintain close contact with our clients.-Our main products are sweaters such as pullover and cardigan, quality from cotton to cashmere. And with good performance, we have good relationship with clients like GAP, EPISODE, LACOSTE, COACH etc.
