-Set up and manage China Ecom, and report to HQ for aligned global Ecom strategy. Understand Ecom competition environment and development trend for a winning China strategy. - Manage P&L, especially be responsible for net sale, OPEX and EBIT. Achieve healthy CAGR to hit company target and higher Ecom share. - Work closely with Global Ecom to leverage resources for local usage. And set up relations and communications with Ecom from other countries for know- how and sharing. - Manage and maintain a good relation with major market places including Tmall, JD and O2O site. Develop Ecom in a structured expansion into more market places and more category exposure. - Establish infrastructure for Sephora Ecom business, especially OMS, WMS, warehouse, fulfillment, IT solutions and etc. Also set up KPI and tracking system for backend functions. - Set up a senior team including functions for store operation, e-marketing, content management and merchandising. Drive initiatives among team and manage KPI and competencies target for each individual. - Drive cross function communication especially with marketing, merchandising, retailing, IT& logistics, wholesale and etc. Increase Ecom voice and establish a healthy process to control all Ecom market places and content& price. - Manage and work closely with TP, and deliver required & creative thinking to drive key Ecom KPI up, i. e. UV, PV, CVR, UPT, ATV, DSR, CRM, Mobile, and etc.
