Current1. As the HR interface of the R&D Business Unit, cooperate with BU head and HRBP/SSC/COE closely.2. Continuously deliver full scope of HR functions including C&B, recruitment & selection, training & development, staff retention plan, organization development, specific programs.3. Execute the policy and program in line with company strategy.4. Monitor salary structure, salary alignment, jagsaw, track and control the HR budget and average labor cost.5. Launch PLM(Performance leadership management) program every year, monitor the procedure, individual KPI tracking, cross divisional ranking, identify high potential talents in view of succession plan & T&D plan.6. Prepare training budget, identify the training needs and plan, monitor training costs and evaluate effectiveness of training programs to help the local team develop and grow.7. Manpower annual budget and work out the yearly hiring plan, quarterly headcount review and update.8. Help to sort out strategic proposal and make the decision through effective communication with BU head.9. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by function head.
