Project I: The "The Institutionalization Process of Overseas Stock Markets" 1. Compiled and scrubbed 10,000+ data points on quarterly institutional and retail flow of US, UK and HK stock exchange since year 1945;2. Analyzed the dataset by leveraging multiple Excel functions to identify the key drivers for the institutionalization process in different markets;3. Visualized the dataset through SPSS to illustrate changes in volume of different institutional investor categories;4. Co-published a 26-page detailed research report on global institutionalization process and its indication on A-share market.Project II: The "China's ‘Carbon Neutrality’ target and its related impacts" 1. Extracted data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China and the World Resources Institute, and IPCC to establish the project database；2. Conducted comparative analysis by sectors on China and World’s carbon emission and fossil fuel consumption to identify key targets for carbon reduction；3. Proposed feasible solutions and policies to reduce carbon emissions in China's key industries including replacement of raw materials, optimization of energy generation and consumption control。

Participated in the projects of "14th Five-Year" strategic planning, benchmarking world-class, reshaping management systems for Guangdong Guangxin Holding Group and Guangdong Yuexin Asset Management Company;1. Drafted detailed research reports on China’s property sector and asset management sector 2. Conducted benchmarking index analysis from company’s eight management fields and 34 work modules, and participated in final report writing3. Created a financial growth model to estimate and calculate the company's financial goals for the next five years, and helped the clients complete the capital plan.
