1.Reponsible for the project execution of new paper line and rebuild2.Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, quality, finance, logistic etc. to work for the project target. 3.Call the project kick-off meeting, split the delivery scope, confirm the mast schedule and milestone. 4.Establish the WBS, responsible for the project change management.5.Collaborates with the PMT to set the final Make/Buy for achieve the project needs6.Build the project budget and estimate to complete in project execution. 7.Project risk collection, analysis and update the risk response plan. 8.Monitor the project progress, control the quality, time and cost. 9.Quickly to deal with any deviation. 10.Report the project progress to management and customer regularly 11.Actively communicate with customers, Handle customer feedback appropriately.
