Support the R&D team to set up the research action plan according to the strategic of HQ. 2. manage the improvement of production process. Quality control 1. Keep a good quality level during the production activities. 2. Maintenance the good relationship with the customer and provide the reliable quality Marketing and product developments 1. Make available action plan to support the marking development. 2. Lead the special project according to the strategic of HQ. 3. Develop the new product base on the local (China) standard. Cost reduction 1. Set up the policy with Finance department and control the unnecessary cost. 2. review the results and find a reasonable action plan to improve. 3. reduce the materials cost according to new supplier develop. Human resources 1. Labor cost analysis, adapt the local salary package to improve the efficiency of factory. 2. Define strategy for HR department, develop the employment environment and ensure sustainable development. 3. Manage the health and safety system for the employees.4. Provide the training for employees, set up a learning team to improve the efficiency.5. KPI system implement and improve.

2001年-2002年，任电脑技术支持，属财务部分管，主要负责日常电脑维护和财务进销存软件的维护。 2003年-2004年，公司成立独立的电脑支持部门，任电脑部主管，负责新ERP系统的实施与推进工作。 2004年-2005年，任行政人事经理，负责管理集团以及下属工厂的行政人事管理工作。跟进各职能部门的日常工作进度并及时向上汇报。
