Now HC11 project progress smoothly.

Responsibilities: In terms of projects, responsible for the preparation of EE4 project exterior products relevant technical documents, such as SOR, SSTS & CTS, DVP, FMEA, etc. Responsible for technical solution discuss with European engineering team (Germany EDAG), finish exterior products design concept, styling feasibility feedback, typical section, BOM and 3D /2D data release; responsible for solving open issues during design and trail production period; responsible for analysis exterior products new material, new technology and new process; responsible for the preparation of SOR document, together with purchase team finish exterior products supplier nomination. In terms of management, responsible for communicate and cooperate with cross-functional team; responsible for exterior products development planning tracking, estimate the risk of development process, supplier management, ensure project progress smoothly; responsible for the daily administrative management of exterior team; responsible for team ability building, such as design checklist、lessons learned and relevant technical system files. Achievement: high efficiency finished exterior products system selection and design concept together with European engineering team (Germany EDAG); exterior products supplier nomination 100% completion rate; soft mold product successfully trail run in assembly shop for hengchi 5; Set up the basic of Evergrande technical system documents and draw up 6 exterior technical specifications.

Responsibilities: responsible for the preliminary technical feasibility analysis and design concept of exterior products; responsible for exterior products benchmark analysis and structure design; responsible for 3D /2D data release; responsible for the preparation of relevant documents, ECR, product quality control, continuous improvement, VAVE, etc.Achievement: Take part in 5 projects development, and 4 projects launched successfully. Exterior products directly for hard mold tooling, during the launch period without any mold modification (for CHANG AN new Benni EV, front bumper grille without any ECR and mold modification; for CHANG AN CS85, rear bumper system without any ECR and mold modification); finish 2 invention patents and 4 utility model patents; finish 2 CHANG AN technical specifications and 4 training lessons learned.
