Be responsible for company service activities, such as installations, consumables replacement and enterprise version software customizations, 3Q qualification and follow-ups on customer satisfaction surveys (NPS). Value Creation:1, Created the Installation Project Manager (IPM) model in China, with 7 PMs leading the installation of 4,000 sets of LC/MS instruments annually, received good feedbacks from customer and significant NPS improvement from points 72.7 on 2018 to points 84.8 on 2021. 2, Created outsourcing process for low-value products with 4.7MM CNY labor cost reduced.3, Established the monitor/alarm system to control the orders status and resources was optimized on each level, resulted in 33% reduction of unfulfilled orders from 2100 sets on 2018 to 1400 sets at the end of 2021.

Major Responsibilities:• Participate China regional annual production plan, organize for supply chain annual plan drawing up, inventory level, P&E investment and craft cost budget. • Manage team to create each material supply plan for China Main Line and Qinghai-Tibet Rail MSA (Maintenance Service Agreement) site. Audit each project requirement and material supply to make sure the proper safety stock and eliminate inventory. • Logistic management and cost control, select best supplier for domestic and oversee shipment, keep low cost with high quality service especially in remote site.• Push GE Custom team to manage good’s import/export, solve different issues during Custom clearance to speed up delivery. • Keep Overhaul and localization manager job.Key Accomplishments:• Reduced China regional inventory level from $12MM to $4MM in 3 years, from 2016 to 2018. • Get Qinghai-Tibet Rail MSA margin rate 15% increasing from 2014 to 2018, reduced total cost $10.5M in rest 10 years’ contract from 2018 to 2027. • Shipping cost drop down 5% of each year.

Major Responsibilities:• Made up loco overall Overhaul strategy/policy, also made up and execute the overhaul plan for the key component. • Get key parts local repair and local buy to reduce the operation cost, control overall process, from select proper supplier, commercial negotiation, pass GE qualify process and mass production rhythm etc. • Local supplier management, CRRC (China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation) Lanzhou loco Ltd., Chengdu motor Ltd, Bosh China, Knorr, make sure production plan to meet Customer promise, organize regular quality audit and annual EHS audit.• Get GE SQE certificate, qualify key project for supplier product and get better quality control. • Provide quarterly/annually estimation for revenue, margin related to overhaul and normal material consume in financial book. Key Accomplishments:• Qualified Lanzhou Locomotive Ltd, to GE Bogie/Wheel repair supplier, get $4M saving from repair in USA. • Qualified Chengdu Motor Ltd, to GE Radiator Fan repair supplier, save repair cost for $3.2M.

Major Responsibilities:• Fulfill Qinghai-Tibet Railway (QTR) 78 locomotive’s 18-year full Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA), the total contract value ~$270M.• In charge of workshop daily operations and take lead of GE technical services team (11 staff) as well as 80 workers.• Keep close contact with Customer (QTR Company) for loco reliability/quality issues, verify the fleet performance data and follow up Customer’s feedback timely.• Coordinate with functional departments like Engineering, QM, Material, Sourcing and Finance to ensure good services onsite.Key Accomplishments:• kick-off 18-year QTR MSA project in 2009 successfully.• Kept annual loco availability above 95% (93% as regulated in the Service Contract) from 2009 to 2012. Normal GE other MSA is around 91%. • Awarded 2010 GE China Selected for personal contributions.

Major Responsibilities:• In charge of services activities for Bogie System of QTR locos (UGL product) onsite, incl. technical diagnose/coach, material supply, and communications with customer/HQ. etc.
