参加工作至今有差不多已有2年的项目运营和产品推广策划方面的工作经验。专注和坚持是我一直奉行的座右铭，也一直贯彻到我的工作中去。因为对工作的专注和坚持，以及上级对我的认可，加入工作半年的时间变升任项目负责人的工作岗位。由于原所在公司属于初创公司，基本上负责统筹几个项目的运营工作，项目中的每一个环节我基本都参与进去了，包括研发，到运行，到产品的推广策划，和客户的沟通交流。对于项目的每一个环节都专注进去，也获得了非常大的锻炼。　可能我对很多行业都不是很了解，但是我认为这并不是问题，因为我有很好的学习能力，我本身学的是制药工程，进入了食品行业并经过半年的努力升任了项目负责人的位置就充分证明了这一点。　我认为普通的人才在大学学习的是专业，而优秀的人才在大学是学习的是如何去学习。而我一直以后者作为自己的工作准则来进行工作。　　　　After graduated from South of China Agriculture University, I’ve been working on project operation and product promotion for about 2 years. This period is valuable to me. Concentration and insistence is my motto which was carried out through my job. And because of my concentration and insistence, as well as the approval of my leader, I became a project leader after half a year. My old firm was a kind of newly established company, I should focus on every part of the project. Including research and development, operating, and communication with the clients. I learned a lot from it.　　Maybe I am not know so well about many industry, but I think that would not be a problem. I’ ve got the capability of learning. As you can see, I majored in pharmaceutical engineering at first, but I worked for a food security company after I graduated, and then I promoted to be a project leader after half a year. 　　In my opinion, a general talent learned their major in collage, but a elitist learned how to learn in collage. And I take it as my motto all the time.
