• Fully understand Product Data Sheet (PDS) / Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the coating system required by the specification and know the standard required .• Prepare and attend the pro-job conference , discuss and clarify areas of concern in the project specification• Review the painting specification and Inspection Testing Plan , confirm the paint system on each location . • Review the drawing and specification compare with the Approved drawing ； difference founding feedback to shipyard to avoid the rework on site.• Attend the daily inspection and test according to the Inspection Testing Plan in accordance with the standard / specification and completing reports .• Check all insulation conditions in engine room / living quarter .• Ensure all surface preparations and paint applications conforms with project specification.• For the serious site quality issues, issue the Non-conform Report to shipyard and follow-up till the issue completed .• Be knowledgeable enough to recognize safety violations and reported to the proper personnel ; arrange the meeting with shipyard HSE department and make the meeting minutes for follow up .
