The company's Main customers: Omron, Delphi, VAC, Antolin, etc. I'm mainly responsible for Antolin.■ In the early stage of the project, assist sales and customer contact, communicate pre-project technology and submit DFM and pre-planning, and prepare project report.■ After entering the company, the project is responsible for setting up the APQP project team, reviewing the technical data related to the project provided by the customer, using the Microsoft Project software to develop the project development plan, and launching the project start-up meeting.■ Responsible for the progress, tracking and validation of the entire project development schedule. Ensure that the project is completed within the specified scope, time, cost, and schedule.■ Technical support for development processes and volume production, including but not limited to: including but not limited to assisting procurement department quotations, evaluating mold design and manufacturing, supporting supplier technical issues, assisting APQP project teams in solving project internal issues, Ensure that project-related documents are completed on time, with the APQP project team to verify the production process, assist with customer review, etc.

■ Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products, and complete the department's sales indicators.■ Manage and maintain old customer relationships and develop new customers, increasing product sales.■ Responsible for the collection of market information and analysis of competitors.

■ Responsible for evaluating mold processing technology, proposing and solving production process problems, and improving production efficiency.■ Responsible for the evaluation and preparation of the process flow of all workpieces in the new mold production.■ Participate in the review of the model and propose improvements to the molds that are ineffective.■ Responsible for the development and promotion of mold and in-house molds, docking suppliers, and overall control tooling development quality and progress.
